The Wuhan Yinyu Investment Casting Co., Ltd.(abbreviated as YYICC) is a specialized leading enterprise in manufacturing various investment castings of carbon steel , alloy steel , stainless steel etc with high quality, which are applied for lost wax method with colloidal silica binder. The company has advanced manufacturing equipments and technology of investment casting. It covers an area of 25,974 m2, and has total 170 staffs.
The company can produce precision castings of five hundred tons per year. The products such as sewing machine parts, pneumatic tools parts, pliers tools, mining drill bit body and machine parts, hardware accessories etc. It can produce parts and fittings of high precision in measurement , of good surface finish and of complex form as per customers’ requests. Dimension tolerance of parts is from Grade CT4-CT6 as well as German standard of VDG P690 or DIN ISO2768. Casting weight is from 5g to 2kg , and suface fineness is Ra 3.2~6.3. the length of casting is less than 350mm.
The company possesses the rights of imports and exports independently, and has passed Quality Management System ISO9001:2000 Certification in Aug 2002. We also cooperate with some scientific research institution, such as China Foundry Association and Huazhong University of Science & Technology.
The company constantly improves the production technology, and tries our best to meet the requests of clients. At present, our products exports to Japan, U.S.A., Germany, Italy Canada, Switzerland, Spain and other countries for several years, and gain favorable comments of the foreign clients.
